Led heart valve development at Carbomedics 1980-2002, at Medtronic 2003-2007 and at Edwards 2007-2024 holding positions including manufacturing engineer, Sr. Director of Marketing, Sr. Director, VP and Sr. VP of R&D.

Led the development of 11 heart valve models, six annuloplasty rings and three valved conduits.

Worked with startup businesses in positions ranging from Founding CEO to independent advisor.
