Bistra Zheleva

Bistra is the VP Global Strategy and Advocacy, Children's HeartLink. She has over 20 years of program implementation, partnerships, and global health advocacy in pediatric and congenital cardiac care.

She’s a co-founder of the Global Alliance for Rheumatic and Congenital Hearts, an alliance of patient and family leaders affected by CHD and RHD and a co-chair of the Global Coalition for Pediatric and Congenital Hearts advocating for a WHA Resolution on Childhood-Onset Heart Disease and leading efforts to secure global recognition of childhood-onset heart disease.
