Hank Wirth is a pediatric cardiologist and assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah. He is a researcher with the Rheumatic Heart Disease Research Collaborative in Uganda with a primary focus on understanding and improving strategies to better use echocardiography to screen for rheumatic heart disease in endemic settings.
