Lavinia Ndinangoye
Lavinia Ndemutila Ndinangoye is a Namibian nurse, Chief Correctional Officer, and passionate advocate for people living with rheumatic and congenital heart disease. She serves in the healthcare division of the Namibian Correctional Service at Oluno Correctional Facility while pursuing a Bachelor of Nursing Science (Clinical Honours) at the University of Namibia. Living with rheumatic heart disease herself, Lavinia has become a leading voice for patient advocacy through initiatives such as Namibia Rheumatic and Congenital Hearts and Brave Little Hearts Namibia. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Global ARCH, an international alliance supporting individuals with childhood-onset heart conditions. In addition to her healthcare and advocacy work, Lavinia is a gospel singer, worship leader, and mother of two, dedicated to inspiring hope, raising awareness, and improving access to quality healthcare in Namibia and beyond.
