DR penda johm

Dr Penda Johm is a social scientist and medical anthropologist at the MRCG at LSHTM, where she co-leads the Social Science Group.

She established the Community Advisory Board for The Gambia's Strep A Controlled Human Infection Study and leads its engagement programme.

She also serves on The Gambia Government/MRCG Joint Ethics Committee and chairs the Unit's first institutional Community Advisory Board.
