2. Graduated as Cardiologist from University of Medical Sciences Havana- Cuba, December 2020.

II. Work Experience:

1. 2012-2013 as General Physician at Community Health Center (CHC), Gleno, Ermera Municipality

2. 2013-2016 as Head of Non Communicable Diseases and Mental Health Department Ministry of Health of Timor -Leste.

3. 2014-2016 as Vocal Point of FCTC (Framework Convention on Tobacco Control for South East Asia Region (SEARO)

4. 2016-2017 Director of Health Services for Municipality of Ermera, Timor-Leste

5. 2016- 2017 .Lecturer of anatomy and physiology at Institute of Health Science

6. 2016- 2017: Founding member of Asia Pacific Cities Alliance on Tobacco Control (APCAT)

7. 2015 - now as founding member and board member of the National Alliance for Tobacco Control (ANCT)

8. 2022 – now founding member and board member of Timor-Leste National NCD Alliances

9. 2021-2025 Member of National Advisory Group for Immunization (NITAG)

11. 2024 - now as a Head of Cardiac Unit, Hospital Nacional Guido Valadares, Dili-Timor Leste

12. 2024 – Now : Timor-Leste vocal point for World Heart Federation

13. July 2025- now :Lecturer for Master in Family Medicine Universidade Nacional Timor-Lorosa’e (UNTL)

September 2025- Now: President of Timor-Leste Medical Association.le change in health outcomes for Australian Aboriginal children, who experience some of the highest rates in the world of Strep A infection and downstream health consequences such as Acute Rheumatic Fever and Rheumatic Heart Disease.
